Brief
Solopreneur massage therapist and private yoga instructor in need of an effective web solution that allows the following:
Establish credibility, while creating a warm and welcoming environment;
Host and make fillable online onboarding forms, such as waiver and health history;
Have a calendar so that the clients can schedule themselves;
Create a tracking system of past and existing clients for seasonal specials and overall marketing.
In addition, the client had a limited budget.
Results
Designed a website that builds credibility and leads visitors to book an appointment, while building up a contact database with a one-click solution to email all. added client testimonials and images from previous client sessions. Ensured the website was informative regarding COVID-19 guidelines, and the intake forms—the least enjoyable part of the experience with a practitioner like Ula—is now handled in advance, allowing for happier customers.
